Karla first joined Merlo's when we opened our doors in 1999. Her main responsibilities include ensuring all reservations are accurate and complete, confirming reservations, and building positive relationships with our clients. In her own words, "I love my job. I love being able to talk to my customers every day and provide them the attention and customer service they deserve."
