After leaving the military in January 2005, Gabriel has grown to become a focal point of Merlo's entire operation. He has been a dispatcher, office manager, accounts manager, and has even chauffeured from time to time. These experiences has helped him form the well-rounded background necessary to parlay his leadership qualities into his current management roll.
