GRC Shuttle Information


Airport Shuttle Service

Merlo's Charters provides all airport shuttles for GRC. Please note that within 48 hours of airport shuttle service, no refunds can be made for any reason. Conferees must pay in advance and must have receipt of payment to give the bus driver for boarding. This receipt will be emailed to the conferees after payment and reservations are recieved by Merlo's. Conferees needing transportation outside of the set days or times below can make arrangements with Merlo's Charters directly. There is a discounted GRC price of $120 one way for private sedan shuttle.


Saturday Airport Shuttles from Airport to Hotel Galvez

Saturday service is limited to sedan or van/suv service and based upon arrival times of flights. Call Merlos directly or make a reservation on the Merlo's Website. Cost for Saturday arrival is $180 Round Trip and the service includes the sedan or SUV service to the hotel on Saturdays. The return trip to the Airport is included in this cost and conferees must sign up for one of the specific Friday Shuttle times below.

Thursday NASA Tour Shuttle Information

Merlo's Charters will provide shuttle service to conferees needing a ride to the NASA Tour on Thursdays. The price for this shuttle service is $30 round trip. Cancellations are non-refundable. The shuttle will leave at 12:30 directly after the session ends. There will be a sign up sheet availible at the activity information desk in the lobby of the hotel for conferees wishing to take a boxed lunch. The shuttle departs NASA at 3:30 PM in order for conferees to be back at the hotel by 4:00 PM for evening poster sessions. Minimum of 20 passengers must be signed up.
