What forms of payment do you accept?
Merlo's accepts all major credit cards, checks, and cash. All cash payments must be brought into our offices prior to the event during working hours. All checks must be in the Merlo's office one week prior to the event.
Should I tip the driver?
Gratuity offered directly to the driver is an option for you. We strive for the best service from all our drivers and while gratuity is optional, it is much appreciated if you feel we have done an exceptional job.
What would you recommend for a night out on the town with my wife or girlfriend?
Depending on the occasion we would recommend our Town Cars, Limousines, or SUV. Anniversaries, birthdays and special nights out on the town are a great way to show someone how much they mean and there's nothing like a chauffeur to punctuate the sentiment.
Do you offer services to corporate companies?
We have many options for corporate transportation. Please feel free to contact one of our sales representatives for more information on contract rates, billing options, etc.

Can you get our large congregation to the sanctuary from a parking lot one mile away?
Yes, we've been working with churches in Houston for years. Our mini buses and shuttles can be used on Sundays by your congregation to pick up the load before and after services. We have a lot of vehicles and can meet most any need.
What would be the best option for 3 from the airport?
Our "L" Series Lincoln Town car seats 3 very comfortably and is probably the best option when arriving from Houston Bush Intercontinental airport or Hobby airport.
